This is another new build project utilizing ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction, beginning with the initial groundworks.
This project involved the refurbishment of a flat roof, which required the removal of existing solar panel banks. We then installed a three-layer felt system before refitting the solar panels.
This was a refurbishment of the patio area. We removed the old timber decking and replaced it with a combination of composite decking and tiles, incorporating raised flower beds into the design.
