Martin has spent his life working in the construction industry however has only joined the family business quite recently, looking to assist Mike and the team with his years of knowledge. Like a Swiss army knife, Martin can carry out painting and decorating, first fix chippy, electrician's mate, roofing and maintenance duties.
As a qualified Contractors' Manager his day to day responsibilities are not only to keep projects on track but also ensure the highest level of quality and health and safety procedures are being maintained.
The key for Martin is ensuring that there is a good friendly team environment which helps ensure that works run smoothly.
